What is your turn around time?

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time that artwork has been approved. Depending on orders already scheduled, new orders can be completed anytime within the 2 week interval. Rush service is available for additional charges of +30% (5-6 days), +40%(3-4 days) and +50% (2 days) from artwork approval & deposit

 

What are the minimum order quantities?

Our minimum order is 12 pieces per design. While we will produce a quantity of 12, keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity and the more that is ordered the lower the cost.

 

How do I get the cost down?

 

Simply, the more you order the lower the price will be. We offer price breaks at the following quantities: 12, 24, 48, 72, 144.

 

What is the order/approval process?

Once artwork has been approved and signed off on and  the order will be scheduled. No order is scheduled for production until all signoffs have been received. This verifies all aspects of the order by both parties and eliminates any misunderstandings once the order is complete.

 

How do I get my artwork to you?

 

You can email your artwork to us at art@thegarmentgallery.com. The best file types are .cdr, .eps, .jpg.
